A RUGGED THERMAL LAMINATE WITH A DISTINCTIVE SANDY TEXTURE
FineGrit™ Laminate gives printed pieces a rough-touch appeal to provide contrast with popular soft-touch trends in general commercial print. Its stippled, sandy surface is highly scuff resistant and has no loose particles that can be rubbed off. This laminate complements a range of applications, such as folding cartons, business cards, postcards, and board games.
Measuring 50 microns thick, FineGrit Laminate is made of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) and is compatible with bursting separation. It reliably accepts folding along with a variety of other post-laminate processes if properly coated. The EVA adhesive backing makes this laminate compatible with thermal laminating systems.
This laminate is compatible with offset, flexographic, and HP® Indigo inks.
