A COATED GLOSS FILM THAT ACCEPTS EMBELLISHMENTS
Platinum® OPP 12 mic Coated Gloss Film is a clear, high-gloss wet film designed to support highly embellished luxury labels and flexible packaging. Its coated surface accepts various UV ink technologies as well as hot and cold foil stamping, which enables converters to increase the value of their products. The brilliant gloss finish protects ink from dirt, moisture, and oil while allowing designs to show through with full colour accuracy.
Platinum OPP 12 mic Coated Gloss Film is made of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) and is corona treated to support reverse printing. It includes no adhesive layer, making it compatible with UV-cured wet lamination and solventless/solvent-based lamination. This film can be used to enhance the visual appeal of decorative labels and many flexible packaging formats, including flow wrappers, stick packs, pillow bags, and more.
