ScuffProof™ Film offers complete scuff resistance for luxury label and flexible packaging applications. Manufactured utilising proprietary curing technology, this film’s surface is incredibly durable and will not burnish or scratch with regular use, protecting products post-production, in transit, and on the shelf. Its ultra-smooth surface maintains superb clarity and colour accuracy.
ScuffProof Film measures 18 micron thick and is made of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), which makes it highly flexible for a variety of product types. Because it does not have an adhesive layer, this wet film is compatible with lamination systems that use viscous adhesives. Despite its extreme surface durability, it is compatible with a range of post-laminate processes, including die cutting, stamping, and spot varnish.
