A COMPLETELY SCRATCH-PROOF THERMAL LAMINATE
Because it is manufactured using proprietary curing technology, ScuffProof™ Laminate has an incredibly hard surface that offers premium scuff resistance in transit and on store shelves. Durable and totally scratch resistant, this laminate’s finish will not burnish or wear out even with regular use. Its smooth matt effect lets printed designs on folding cartons, brochures, and signage show through with full colour accuracy.
Measuring 30 microns thick, ScuffProof Laminate is made of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), which means it is compatible with bursting separation. It has a thermally activated EVA adhesive layer and can accept a wide variety of post-laminate processes, such as embossing, die cutting, gluing, and spot varnish.
This laminate is compatible with offset, flexographic, and HP® Indigo inks.
